How to Buy

Selet the image in the SHOP part of the site and add to your shopping cart what you wish.

When you have finished your shopping follow the instructions on screen. It’s easy and totally secure.

Secure Payment

You can use a debit or credit card.  All online transactions are made through PAYPAL, APPLE PAY or STRIPE. 

No financial details or sensitive information are shared with Emma Rose.

Delivery and Despatch

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, MBE, private van or by hand.

Once orders are received they will be processed within 1-2 days and shipment is usually instant, or within a week (except during annual holidays).

You are more than welcome to collect from Emma Rose's studio near Bath in Somerset.

You may like to add her email address emmaroseartworks@gmail.com to your addresses, otherwise you might find her emails going to your SPAM box.  Alternatively, sign up to her 'Keep In The Loop’ box on the home page. 

Shipping Abroad - We ship worldwide

At checkout, your shipment costs will be calculated and added to the cost of the goods.

Remember that:

1. All prices shown in this website are quoted in pounds sterling (credit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).

2. If your order is sent overseas you are responsible for any local taxes/duties levied at the point of entry. 

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or MBE.

Your order will be processed straight away and despatched within 1-2 working days. Emma Rose will be in contact to confirm an estimated delivery date and let you know if there are any delays.

At any point please email Emma Rose to discuss any concerns. 

Packing

All artwork is packed using bubble wrap and cardboard - tubes or boxes (recycled where possible). Where necessary museum quality tissue paper is also use. 

If a large original or framed print (with glass) is being sent, then it may be preferable to send it overseas by using MBE (professional packers).

Copyright Declaration

All images shown on this site are protected by International Copyright Law and by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. All images, text and ideas are the 'Intellectual Property’ of Emma Rose.

None of the images and no part of this property may be used without the prior written permission of Emma Rose, including copying, duplicating, printing, publishing (even on a website), reproducing, storing or transmitting by any means whatsoever.

Data

Information collected during the purchasing or commissioning process is strictly confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act. Your details will never be sold or passed on to a third party.

Your email address will be added to Emma Rose’s Mailing List, so that you can receive details of upcoming events and exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Emma Rose respects your right to privacy so feel free to email if you have any concerns.

General Terms and Conditions

These terms do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Acts.

General Obligations

Emma Rose shall provide the goods as described within a reasonable time once payment has cleared.

The website has a secure SSL (https) certificate. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a global standard security technology that enables encrypted communication between a web browser and a web server.

1. It authenticates the identity of the website (this guarantees visitors that they’re not on a bogus site)

2. It encrypts the data that’s being transmitted

Emma Rose works hard to ensure all the information on her website is accurate.  However, she can accept no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the site caused through technical or other external reasons.

Her site is constantly being updated and improved and Emma Rose reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the website.

Emma Rose works hard to ensure her site is fully functional, error free and virus protected (see above) but cannot guarantee the functions of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You will be responsible for the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Image Variations

Images of all paintings are taken in natural light and every effort is made to represent them accurately online. However screen resolutions can vary so please bear in mind that colours may appear slightly differently on screen than in actuality. Emma Rose is more than happy for you to view a painting in the flesh at her studio or at a show (see Exhibitions). 

Trying On For Size

She can also (depending on your location) bring a painting or print to you to view, or possibly keep overnight to try it on for size. Please email Emma to arrange this.

Currency

Duties and local taxes

If your order is to be sent oversees, you are responsible for any local taxes/duties levied at the point of entry. 

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.

Liability

Nothing in this agreement affects the statutory rights of a consumer. Subject thereto all representations, warranties, guarantees and conditions express or implied, statutory or otherwise are expressly excluded and Emma Rose does not accept liability for loss, damage, or injury howsoever arising.
