Shipping and Delivery Costs
The delivery cost of each item will be added to your order when you Add To Cart, so you will be able to see what the cost is.
UK customers - you may purchase my original work or prints/cards online and it will be shipped directly to you. Please write to me directly if you would like to pay by cheque or bank transfer (see below). Or come to visit me in person in Bath to collect.
Overseas customers - If you are buying from outside the UK then further shipping charges may possibly apply. Please pay now then I will be in touch to let you know the balance required, and invoice you via paypal accordingly before shipping. Don't worry, its very easy and straightforward.
Any questions, do contact me on email@example.com.
Duty - For international buyers please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price of this artwork or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You can research the duty and tax the artworks will be liable for on DutyCalculator.com.
IMPORTANT - On arrival of your painting/prints/cards, please check that everything is in good order and confirm receipt. Should there be any damage to the artwork during shipping/postage, then please inform me in writing within 7 days. All goods are insured when they leave the art studio, but in the highly unlikely event that anything untoward happens during the journey the carrier/post office will require to see the full packaging - and only consider reimbursement if these are still retained for inspection.

Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to us in any way.
Should you wish to pay by cheque, please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org. Cheques should be in GBP and made payable to Emma Rose. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared and you have been notified that your order has been accepted.

Finding that special gift can be a challenge - but your hard work comes with a reward, for buying art as a gift shows you wanted to buy an individual present and had in mind to get the receiver something really special that would be enjoyed not only for many years to come, but down through the generations.
You can purchase a gift voucher from £50-£5,000. This will be hand written and send with an Emma Rose Art Works greeting card either to you the purchaser or the recipient. Just drop me a line to arrange - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, for a special occasion - wedding, anniversary, retirement, house move, birthday or just love, it is possible to gift-pool (several givers contribute with individual amounts to the gift).
Information on Frame (“moulding”) used with limited edition giclée prints
The frame is beautiful - an off white/cream colour, elegant and contemporary.
The moulding used is a spoon shaped natural obeche wood called Ayous (very close grained) approx 2 1/2" (63mm) wide, each length of moulding has a cream washed finished with a moulded detail running along the inside sight edge. (is hand finished with a lime wash before being) The moulding is carefully chosen and lengths individually measured and crafted to frame each selected print.
